POLICY — CONFIDENTIALITY

We publish the data and the method. We never publish the name.

This is a positioning document, not boilerplate. It's the same discipline healthcare operators apply to their patients — HIPAA-trained non-disclosure — mirrored back at the operators themselves.

SECTION A — WHAT WE SHARE

DISCLOSED

What we do publish, and why it is still useful

  • A.1 Industry and vertical — DSO, specialty dental, veterinary, dermatology, and so on.
  • A.2 Geography, at region or city-size grain. "Mountain West." "A mid-size Texas metro." Never an address.
  • A.3 Before / after KPIs — new patients, CAC, conversion, no-shows, multiples. The numbers are the work.
  • A.4 Methodology — what we instrumented, what we changed, in what order, and why.
  • A.5 Improvement stories — the shape of the case, told entirely in data.

SECTION B — WHAT WE NEVER SHARE

SEALED · BY POLICY

What we never publish

  • B.1 Client business names. Current or past. No exceptions, no "just this once," no logo wall.
  • B.2 Staff and employee names — theirs or the people they've trusted us to work alongside.
  • B.3 Any identifying detail beyond industry + geography. If a detail could unmask a client, it stays in the file.

Not in case studies. Not on this site. Not in proposals, pitches, or conference talks. Ever, by policy — not by mood.

SECTION C — HOW WE TALK ABOUT PAST WORK

If you are already a client

You'll see phrasing on this site like "two of the four largest dental distributors in the world, plus three of the largest dental-equipment manufacturers." That's as specific as we get — and as specific as we will ever get, including about you. The frame travels; the name never does.

The CONFIDENTIAL stamp in the header of every page is policy, not chrome. The REDACTED bars in the records room are a feature, not an apology.

SECTION D — FOR APPLICANTS

If you are evaluating us

Your application is confidential. If we work together, we'll never name you — before, during, or after. The record of what we did together goes in a sealed file: the data survives, the name doesn't.

SECTION E — ACCESS

Access, and how it is revoked at handoff

During an engagement we hold credentials to systems that contain your business's operating detail — practice management, phone systems, booking, advertising accounts, analytics, and in some cases the general ledger. That access is scoped to named individuals, it is inventoried in writing, and the inventory is part of what you are given rather than something we keep to ourselves.

At handoff the inventory becomes a revocation list. Every account we hold is returned to your control or removed, and the completed list is delivered as part of the handoff packet. Anything built during the engagement — accounts, tags, templates, definitions, dashboards — is yours and stays with you; none of it is licensed back to you or held on our systems as a condition of anything.

Working files and correspondence are retained only as long as we are required to, and never as material we could publish. The record of what we did together stays sealed: the data survives, the name does not.
